Through methods such as customer satisfaction theory research and promotion, quality evaluation, credit commitment, consumer protection, etc., CAQ endeavors to construct the market quality credit system, research C-CSI and QCEI, offer opportunities to share experience on customer satisfaction benchmarking and hold public training on Customer Experience Management.
