CAQ hosts Six Sigma Project Research and Study in order to enable firms to better apply Six Sigma, DFSS and other effective quality technical measures, encourage firms to seek continuous improvement and create more values for them. CAQ promotes the popularization and application of Six Sigma Project Evaluation Criteria among enterprises.
In order to thoroughly promote Lean Management and enhance the refinement of corporate management, CAQ hosts National Lean Management Project Research and Study, fosters the reviewers of Lean Management Projects and cultivates national Lean Management model projects.
